Happy 6 Months Baby Cheyenne!

It's hard to believe that Cheyenne is already 6 months old! She has been such a blessing to our family and I am so grateful for her. We love you to the moon and back baby girl.

The Union Jack and Royal Baby Buzz.

All is abuzz about the birth of the Royal Baby in London today! Well, frankly I’m quite excited too and thought it fitting to post about one of my obsessions in interior design; the Union Jack.








Are you a fan of the Union Jack in interior spaces? I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. We had out of town guests and the weather was Peerrfect!! Twas a very beautiful weekend.  Royal Baby is trending on twitter and I’m glued.  Blessings and a happy new week to you all. XX

I’ve been having technical difficulties, so I am not able to launch the original post that I had planned. Lea, of Lea Hartman Photography had captured us last year and this is one of the pictures from the shoot. I am only just seeing this picture today and I’m smitten! I think this will make a great “filler” for today’s post while I work on resolving the technical issues I’m having. Happy Friday everyone! XX

Boden.

Recently, I have been receiving the Boden catalogue in the mail(just showed up out of the blue). I guess they decided that i would like their apparel and decided to start sending me their catalogues:-). Anyway, that’s one unwarranted catalogue that i didn’t mind receiving. I love how their clothes for the little ones are colourful and stylish.  They remind me of United Colors of Benetton(which i drool over, and wish that they would just decide to have an online store!). I was just previewing g Boden’s Autumn wear for the little ones and  I’m loving it. I think I am finally going to give in and get some outfits for baby Z.  Also,  aren’t our mini models adorable?





            P.S. If you’re sans children, Boden also offers lovely apparel for the adult female or male:-).

Nursery with a City Skyline.

This nursery's design was inspired by science and technology which isn't a surprise since both parents are engineers. It was also a home office before it was so creatively and beautifully transformed into a nursery. The room's colours are calming and soothing with a show stopping skyline. BTW, dad handpainted the skyline. He did an awesome job, didn't he? 

P.S. This chair was actually a diy project. Mother, Kari, bought the chair on craiglist and recovered it herself.
