A Home that Inspires…

gorg
Hi everyone! I hope you all had a fantastic weekend. Most of us dread Mondays, but hopefully this beautiful home will ease us into the workweek with less dread and bitternessSmile.  I devoured every detail of this home several times. It’s really intoxicating and as I sit here at my kitchen island sipping on coffee, I thought this would make the perfect Monday morning post. I hope you will share my enthusiasm. Enjoy…

Did I make your Monday any better? I sure hope soSmile. Today definitely feels like Fall; brisky weather with rain which means that a second cup of coffee is warranted. Have a wonderful Monday my friends. XX

Good morning Stacy!

I love that mantle with the bunting; that just feels right on this chilly day of autumn! I am having to learn about the SUBSTITUTE on-call system; I waited all morning since 5:00am to get any possible jobs for the day. NOTHING. Then, I leave my phone for a while thinking that it would be too late for me to get calls by now and what happens? I MISSED A CALL! AHHH!

So sitting here in Blogland is a happy place and I am enjoying my visit with you.

Happy day! Anita

Haha, had to laugh at the "dread and bitterness"! Literally devouring your images, I'm partial to sea green and sea flavored glass, natural wood tables/chairs, etc. Thank you for these beautiful images!

Wow - what a quirky, colourful and stylish home! As much as I LOVE a neutral Scandi style palette, I am always drawn to colourful homely homes, and this totally fits the bill. How could you not smile when coming home or waking up to this - regardless of how the day has gone!
Lovely images,

A great way to start the week! As we scrolled down the images we thought this home must be British or Australian and judging by the map, we may be right. Love the kids' rooms - fresh and fun. Have a great week!

Yep definitely a great way to start the week. I love the mix in this home, old and new, modern and antique, ethnic mixed in with textiles. This home has it all and I can see why you devoured it.

Enjoy your week Stacy!

Love their use of color and common everyday symbols / icons as graphic art punctuations. Totally crushing on those richly colored striped {silk?} drapes in the living room ... love every inch of that room. You discover and share wonderful spaces, love the inspiration I get here! Robin
