In the Kitchen.

egue
Most of our time is spent in our kitchen. It is where we create, cook, gather to talk about the day’s events, laugh, cry…

I watched yesterday’s heartbreaking news from my kitchen in disbelief.

When the hubs came home we talked about the tragedy in the kitchen. I cooked while Zion played at the table(in the kitchen) and Baby Ian was scurrying back and forth between the kitchen and the other spaces off the kitchen.

How much time do you spend in your kitchen? Our floor plan is also very opened so we can see quite a bit of the other main living spaces from our kitchen(tour to very very soon).

My heart is heavy today in light of the Boston marathon attacks yesterday. I am reminded by efforts from wonderful human beings such as the first responders to yesterday's tragic scene that there is more good than evil in the world. Love and light to all affected. Blessings everyone. XX

The kitchen is truly a place I always remember gathering to enjoy the family. Come and see "WHere I'm From" and I put my comments back up; I miss all of you.

My heart is heavy too; I am from Boston and this just can't be real....it was once a relatively safe city to run around in. Oh dearest, enjoy those men of yours! Anita

STACY! How good to see you!

Well my dear, I am learning more about poetry and let me tell you, I have a lOOOOONG way to go. I was trying to write a poem today about the little boy who passed away yesterday, but I am not good enough of a poet yet. Hugs to those little darlings of yours...they are so beautiful. Anita

Wow, those kitchens are so airy and gorgeous!
My heart goes out to the victims as well and you are right - it is uplifting to know how quickly people responded and tried to help!

Love these huge kitchens, big enough for it to be family room too!
I can't believe what happened! We have our London marathon this Sunday and I have friends running it... I'm still amazed at the people who flew into action and helped those in need, the photos were so awful to look at, so sad...

Prayers go out to all those affected by yesterday's horrific event. When we need to talk or find peace.. I can't think of a better place than the kitchen ..the center of home. Beautiful images Stacy!
