One up, many more to go!
(view of a part of the foyer looking into the dining room)
That’s the light I chose for the foyer. There are also recessed lights that flank both sides of the fixture. Although I chose lighting for most of the rooms, there are at least four still without lighting-decisions, decisions…

It’s so gorgeous in turquoise too! Happy Wednesday everyone! XX

Um yeah, that chandelier is amazing!!!! I wonder if you'd have luck finding a version of it! Or make your own....
STACY! WOW....woman, you and I are in the same process right now! I came home yesterday to see that the electrician put up the recessed lights on the vaulted ceiling and also put up my husband's chandy in his office....we are ready to move into his office this weekend, then the following weekend, the final move. OH, your home, YOUR HOME IS GOING TO BE PERFECTLY YOU! I cannot wait. Are you gonna have a blogger house warming??????? I MUST HAVE A LITTLE PARTY FOR YOU! BLESSINGS, Anita
Great fixture! What color do you have on the walls? It's lovely.
How exciting for to be in the stage you are! Nothing like a fresh clean palette to work from....love the lantern, so far you are off to a great start. Can't wait to see more....
There are many wire ones that you may be able to bead. Just a thought. I couldn't do it but I love the images.
Not that I couldn't have that light, I adore it, but that I couldn't make one. That came out wrong.
Your home is so gorgeous and I hear you with that light- one of my all tiem favourites.
Your house is coming along beautifully! I love all of the moldings and the light fixture! Can't wait to see the finished product!

Wow - looking FABULOUS - and moving along so quickly. Love the light fixture - and totally love the Marjorie Skouras as well but I'm sure you'll find something equally as chic!
Stacey it's so exciting and even though it's just a snippet of a photo, it looks fantastic. Perhaps you will stumble upon a similar lighting fixture for a fraction of the cost - fingers crossed :)
Stacey you are amazing. The foyer is absolutely stunning. LOVE!
I can not wait to see more....
PS having a giveaway of Puerto Rico finds, come on by.
that chandelier is to die for ...but i love what you opted for as well. i think a home should look like a home and those glam, touch me not objects are better left to be seen and admired in mags :)
great fixture! love the foyer! Stacey, you're amazing! Hugs
Oh Stacey your home is turning out so well and love your choice of lantern in the foyer. Seems I've seen a lot of reproduction beaded chandeliers like the one you want for around a thousand, would that work? I can't wait to see more of your new home, you must be so excited!
Debra,
Stacey son preciosas!!!
me encantan!
Stacey if you're at all inclined towards diy projects you could absolutely make a version of that beaded chandelier. That would be an amazing project:)...carol
Ooo, I reaaally like your fixture, where is it from?
Hello dear Stacey!
I love that little sneak peak from your new home, it looks so beautiful and I love the grande moldings!!!
The lamp in the hallway looks great as well and I´m sure you´ll find a great piece for every room.
It couldn´t be that hard to make one of those fabolous lamps you are showing, on your own, could it!? Might just be your next DIY-project:) I´m pretty sure you would succeed!
Happy wednesday!
HI Stacey, thought I would mention...we're carrying a similar version on our upcoming design site for a 5th of the price in turquoise...I've been obsessing over Marjorie Skouras too, and needed to find a much better price point...
I love the light you chose Stacey!
It looks beautiful!
Thanks for the peek! Love the foyer lighting and the molding in the dining room.
Love the lighting...it's so exciting watching it all unfold!!
Fab colour! It looks so restful
Perhaps it has been said already, but I have seen a few DIYs of this chandelier in blogland. Perhaps you can try it out. I am sure the cost is very very minimal.
