This labor day weekend…

villa
I would be content to just sit here all day and take in this view at the Villa la Vedetta in Florence Italy. And when i couldn’t

orangebedroom

keep my eyes open any longer, I would happily retire to my room where my opulent bed with its luxurious  linens awaited. Did you notice the colour?:-) Happy labor day weekend my friends. Be safe and enjoy! xx

Oh, how gorgeous! I love that color! I just recovered my dining room chairs with a cream satin, mainly because the kitties don't like satin so I'm hoping it dissuades them from getting on the furniture! I would so gladly join you there, looks like we are on the same page with dream vacations today! Oh, and I always link back to my source, it's the right thing to do! ;) Enjoy your weekend! XX!

OMG, what a "truly divine view!" Recall seein' the movie, "Room With A View," a few times (over stretch of time, lol) jus' to vicariously appreciate & imagine the breathtaking views. :)

Now, after seein' this, on my bucket list to somehow possibly, miraculously, get married there; & if somehow not able to pull that off, at least, hopefully, honeymoon there! Hey, one can dream...! :)

Jus' discovered your blog, & congrats on such an amazingly, inspirational, "architectural/interior design - work of art!" As one is able to so wondrously & fantastically "imagine & dream..." via your amazing posts! :) xoxo

Ohh, Florens! I would join you in an instant! On that roof top!

I spent 3 months in Firenze about 99 years ago..! (: I was supposed to learn Italian (and I learned some) but I was quite busy having just fun. It is still on my "life list" to be able to speak Italian fluently.

Happy long weekend to you Stacey!

Love everything about that bed... almost. Maybe it could be blue or green or red in my imagination, haha.

And that first pic is fabulous. My BFF is on her honeymoon in Italy and I can't wait to see her pics, especially if they're anything like that one.
