Have a great "wagonny" weekend!

Hi my darlings. It's the first official weekend of fall and these station wagons filled with luscious goodness are inspiring me to get out with baby Z in the backyard and have a picnic. Although we're in fall, it still feels like the heart of summer here because it's still so hot! Alas, we got up to 99 degrees yesterday! However, Mr. Weatherman promises lovely weather for the weekend so fingers crossed maybe, i can have a picnic:-).

Wine anyone?

What are your plans for this first fall weekend? Whatever you do, have a blast! XX

Love those station wagons(had one of the pictures saved among favourite-pics):).
It is quite warm over here in Sweden as well, but it still feels like Autumn and the trees are chaninging color very fast now. I love every minute of it!
I hope you´ll have a great weekend! Myself am off working tomorrow but on sunday I´ll have a day off. Hopefully there will be some great weather here as well!
Lots of hugs to you!

I share your pain - still crazy hot here in Phoenix but last night we had some cool winds. I AM getting out of town. Leaving in about 1/2 an hour for NY then a cruise up to Canada to see the fall color - so excited. I would like to go on any of these picnics.

Ooh, what fun inspiration! (I love that second picture). I'd love to have a picnic like this too, though our weatherman has a less sunny outlook. Enjoy the great outdoors and have a fabulous time picnicing and playing with Baby Z!!

Autumn pic nics are the best! No creepy crawlies, no flies.. just serenity and peaceful enjoyment!

We are packing our pic nic basket this weekend for a forest excursion including a big thermos of hot chocolate, some yummy sandwiches on fresh crusty bread from the baker and lots of plums from our garden. The kids (and I) are excited!

LOVE that Morris Minor in the middle - the muted colours, the tartan blankets, wicker basket and Wellington boots - it's exactly how I see myself pootling around these English country roads, and I have LONG been trying to convince my husband that I absolutely NEED one (along with a new bed, armoire, dining table etc. etc...!) Have a wonderful weekend - thank you for the fabulous images. xxx
