Natural light.

"In my view, no space without natural light is worthy of human occupation"
John Saladino

naturallightintro I thrive on natural light in my interior spaces. I have to heartily agree with the quote above too. In fact, the first thing i do each morning when i wake up is to pull the curtains back and open the blinds and let all the natural light flood in.  Natural light seems to also provide a positive energy flow in the home.

I completely agree. I refuse to even take pictures w/o natural light.

I hardly ever turn the lights on. I would rather be in the semi-dark than have artificial lights on. We put a skylight in the 2 rooms that don't have windows and I wish we would have put them all over our house. Luckily I live in Arizona, we get lots of light!

Ahh, natural light is the best! I love being at home with curtains pulled back, blinds pulled up, and windows open. It's the next best thing to being outside.

Happy Wednesday, Stacey! I heartily agree (one of the first things I used to look for in apartments was natural light in every room, even the teeeny bathroom :)). Such beauties here (as always!), le sigh.

That quote above is very accurate indeed. Where would we all be without light and the sun;-)
I adore all the images above - so light, crisp and stylish;-)

Each of these rooms is unique and special in its own way. I love them. Mr. Saladino is a wise man. Natural light is a must for me; it makes any space so much more inviting and relaxing.

P.S. Hi Stacey, I just had to pop-back in to say an all-out cheese-feast (or any feast!) in a gorgeous, sun-flooded kitchen would be perfect now! :)
