What I bought.
I mentioned last Friday that I would be taking a trip to a furniture store(over 2 hours away) last weekend to Winston, Salem here in NC. Well, I’m sorry to say that I was so disappointed about the lack of inventory of furniture that I liked. It wasn’t a wasted trip though since I fell in love with this Calligaris table that they had. I bought it for the hubby for “his space” which I am not allowed in btw. However, he can’t seem to keep me out of it!
. Anyway, he didn’t have a place to rest his beverages and snacks(the room is a working progress), so I thought this table would be perfect for him; the right height and it’s lacquered white finish is bright and beautiful, plus it has a lovely reflective element too.

Those candles are soy made and smell so good. I have to tell you all about them, but in another post. Also, guess what? Tomorrow is the last day of school for my students! We have to party tomorrow for sure! Summer break, here I come! XX

GORGEOUS AND WONDERFUL STACY!!!I love this table and the space you have created for the MISTA.....teeeheeee...my guy has HIS space too, and the walls are tastefully and graciously adorned with vintage comics and fairytale prints...AWESOME. He even made himself a plaque as you enter the room that hangs above the door. He is so considerate; he painted it my vintage gray color and allowed me to stencil the words in gold....TODAY IS MY LAST DAY OF SCHOOL TOO MY FRIEND! My garden awaits me. My home awaits me. YOUR NEW BABY AWAITS YOU and our dreams of gorgeous livin' are waiting for us both my friend! Oh the kids are like new born ponies, just jumping about and THEIR TEACHER IS TOO!!! The table is fabulous. I do love me some white. That lounger is also to die for. Why on earth would he want to keep your cute face out anyway :)

Gosh, does this post hit home! I went looking for a couple of pieces I am replacing, and also found a serious lack of stock. When I asked, I was told it was due to the economic situation. :-(
